My pricing is dependent on how many family members I see in one household

Initial Appointments:
$125 for first family member
$75 for each additional family member (*if seen on same day)

Adjustments:
$65 for one person
$55 each for two people ($110)
$45 each for three people ($135)
$35 each for four or more people ($140+)

*I offer 5-10% discounts for care packages and wellness memberships*

I do not accept insurance, but I will provide superbills that can be submitted for possible reimbursement
